• What account types are available to suit my business?

  For Project Owners we have 2 account types available:

  Account Type 1. The Procurer:  'We want to quickly pre-qualify Suppliers for our projects.' 

  This account type is suited to Project Owners and Property Owners and Developers that procure their own delivery teams. 

  Account Type 2. The Procurer and Bidder: 'We need to pre-qualify other Suppliers for our projects and showcase our business profile.' 

  Best suited for Lead Consultants, Project Managers and Head Contractors who both procure services on behalf of others and want to showcase their business to win work.

• How easy is it to implement Procuracon in our organisation?

  Procuracon is designed for fast adoption. Simply Sign Up, create your account, add users, and you’re ready to go. There’s no complex setup, and our onboarding team will support your rollout to ensure your team is up and running with confidence.

• Can Procuracon align with our existing procurement processes or systems?

  Yes. Procuracon complements your current workflows, not replaces them. Whether you’re centralised or decentralised, our flexible tools let you search, shortlist, prequalify, and engage suppliers in a structured, trackable way — without disrupting your current operations.

• How do we know the suppliers are reliable or compliant?

  All supplier profiles include key compliance documents, capabilities, project history, and key personnel. You can filter and shortlist based on your project risk profile — and only engage suppliers that meet your specific requirements.

• We are a national business operating from multiple states, how many profiles do I need?

  A profile is needed for each state. A single profile can incorporate multiple offices located within the same state. 

• What if my team needs support adopting the platform?

  We offer onboarding and adoption support services to ensure the platform becomes part of your team's day-to-day workflow. Procuracon is intuitive and built for collaboration, making it easier (not harder) for teams to work smarter.

• How much does it cost to use Procuracon?
