We’re on a mission to redefine procurement for the built environment. After 24 years in the construction industry, first as an architect, then leading major projects client-side, I witnessed the same inefficiencies play out time and again: inconsistent supplier quality, limited transparency, manual processes, and missed commercial opportunities. I knew there had to be a better way. That frustration became the seed of inspiration for Procuracon.

As the visionary behind the platform, I’ve channelled my deep industry experience and entrepreneurial drive into building a solution that speaks to the real needs of our industry. I lead with strategic execution, translating vision into outcomes and work closely with our team to ensure we’re solving meaningful problems that drive real-world value.

As Co-founder of Procuracon, I’ve been involved since the concept stage, driven by first-hand experience of the inefficiencies and frustrations that come with procurement in the construction industry. With over 20 years of experience across a range of project delivery roles, I’ve felt the pain of procurement from both sides: as a supplier navigating rigid systems that created an administrative burden, and as a client dealing with slow, manual processes and limited visibility.

I bring a depth of construction procurement knowledge and strategic insight to Procuracon, where I lead the ongoing development, adoption, and operational success of the platform. My focus is on aligning our vision with the real-world needs of our users, ensuring we build tools that simplify complex processes, drive efficiency, and deliver genuine value. At the heart of my approach is collaboration. I work closely with our customers and investors to maintain momentum, deliver practical outcomes, and champion innovation that has a measurable impact. I’m committed to transparency, integrity, and building lasting relationships; values that underpin both my work and Procuracon’s mission to transform procurement in the construction industry.
